Integrated into the application is a mechanism to raise support requests to the Met Office WeatherDesk.

On receipt WeatherDesk will add to the Met Office support applications allocating a unique reference.

Issues are then redirected to the relevant teams who will get back to you asap.

If you are logged in the account information is automatically pre-populated in the form.

Glossary

For each available product we have a glossary.

For the Site Specific API this is a series of pdf documents, available from the menus which describe the data available.

For the atmospheric data service there is an online glossary which can be sorted and searched to discover the data available for each model.

Support Parameter Detail

For each parameter it is possible to drill into further detail as shown to the right.

The glossary also includes the related GRIB codes as well as the level type and parameter ids utilised in our APIs.
